Meet Jeni, who decided to run the New York Marathon as her first marathon, aged 35 years. Jeni wasn’t a runner, but had decided to challenge herself with the goal of training for and completing the NYC Marathon.
For Jeni to be able to complete the marathon she needed to make sure she trained regularly and built the time she could spend on her feet up to 5+ hours.
